Grand Bay-Westfield Town Council welcomes new Chief Administrative Officer
Grand Bay-Westfield Town Council has appointed a new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). John Enns-Wind began his new role on August 4, 2020. Mr. Enns-Wind replaces the outgoing Town Manager, Sandra Gautreau who is retiring following a 37-year career with the Town.
“We are pleased to announce that John Enns-Wind has joined the Grand Bay-Westfield team. John comes to us from Saskatchewan and brings with him the many skills necessary to continue the success Grand Bay-Westfield has enjoyed,” said Mayor Losier.
Mr. Enns-Wind was most recently the CAO of the Town of Battleford, Saskatchewan. With a Master of Divinity, an MBA and positions held across Canada, John has a broad range of interests and experience.
“I am excited about the future of Grand Bay-Westfield and the Saint John region. As I learned about the progressiveness of New Brunswick, the vision of Council, the hope for the future and the beauty of the area, coming here was an easy decision. I look forward to building on the past for a better tomorrow,” said Mr. Enns-Wind.
Mayor and Council with support of the consulting firm Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette, selected Mr. Enns-Wind following an extensive nationwide search.
