Applicant, Joseph O’Donnell was present during the Open Session and advised the Committee of the following:

  • he passed around an aerial photograph and pictures of the beach area;
  • he stated that these will be leased properties and that the Leasor can put up any kind of structure in accordance with the covenant set out by the Lease Agreement;
  • he advised that there will be legal documents drawn up and that at the end of the leased period, there will be a buy-back according to the assessment value at that time;
  • he owns approximately 200 acres;

  • this area is protected under the Musquash Watershed and he has made contact with the Department of the Environment.
