DEVELOPMENT OFFICER’S REPORT DATED FEBRUARY 17, 2004 RE:  APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE – JOHN LEGGETT – 22 ROSEMERE DRIVE
(A) LETTER RECEIVED MARCH 1, 2004 FROM E. J. & KAREN BELZIL
Applicant, John Leggett was present and stated that he had nothing further to add to this Application.
Letter received from E. J. and Karen Belzil stated they have no objection to this Application.
There was no one present speaking in favor of or against this Application.
“…moved by Cllr. Little that the Planning Advisory Committee approve the following variances to the Town’s Zoning By-law, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield By-law No. 101, for the location and placement of a pool and pool enclosure, to be located at 22 Rosemere Drive, PID Nos. 30111694/30111686:
(a) under Section 5.7.1.1 (b) grant a variance of 6.0 m reducing the minimum setback to a street line from 7.5 m to 1.5 m; (b) under Section 5.9.4, grant a variance of 1.2 m to reduce the minimum setback to a street line from 1.5 m to 0.3 m….”

DEVELOPMENT OFFICER’S MEMO DATED FEBRUARY 23, 2004 RE:  TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION APPROVAL PANORAMIC ESTATES SUBDIVISION, PHASE 3
(A) LETTER FROM LLOYD & SHARON FRANCIS DATED FEBRUARY 13, 2004
There was no one present with regard to this Application. “…moved by James Evans to grant approvals as previously granted by the Committee on November 18, 2002 and September 2, 2003 and recommend to Council to reconsider the previous recommendations provided from the Planning Advisory Committee concerning street design and Land for Public Purposes for Tentative Subdivision Plan, Panoramic Estates Subdivision, Phase 3, as prepared by Kierstead Quigley & Roberts….”
