The Development Officer informed the Committee that this Draft is before P.A.C. in order to give the Committee the opportunity to make any comments and/or recommendations   before it is submitted to Council.  The Committee had one concern, in that the Draft did not seem to clearly define standards for roads within Mobile Home Parks.
The following motion was then made:
“…it was moved by Mel Steffens that P.A.C. recommend Council include a Section in By-law No. 50 to ensure a minimum standard for roads within all Mobile Home Parks that would create a road standard on which all public service vehicles, (fire, police, ambulance services) could reasonably expect to travel….”
Motion seconded by James Evans.  Motion carried.
