|The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Planning Advisory Committee met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at 8:04 p.m. with Chairman, Larry Chapman presiding.|

(B) INSPECTION BRIEFING NOTE
(C) LETTER DATED AUGUST 26/04 FROM DAVID & JEAN WILSON – 28 NEREPIS ROAD
(D) LETTER DATED SEPTEMBER 7/04 FROM HUGES SURVEYS & CONSULTANTS INC.
Present was property owner, Barabra Saunders, her daughter and son-in-law, Trindy and Jay Reid.
Letter received from David & Jean Wilson stated reasons why they were not in support of this Application:
Mrs. Saunders gave presentation to the Committee and addressed Mr. and Mrs. Wilson’s concerns, as per Hughes Surveys & Consultants Inc. letter dated September 7, 2004. She also presented pictures to the Committee depicting a gully at the back of their property, making it unsuitable for building.
