ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR 2003 |
|
During the Election of Officers for 2003, Cllr. Little took the
chair.
Cllr. Little called three times for nominations for Chairman, with
one nomination received as follows:
“…moved by Ralph Stevens and seconded by Mel Steffens to nominate
Larry Chapman for office of Chairman of the Grand Bay-Westfield Planning
Advisory Committee for 2003….”
Larry agreed to let his name stand and was acclaimed Chairman of
the Grand Bay-Westfield Planning Advisory Committee for 2003.

with one nomination received as follows:
“…moved by James Evans and seconded by Jim Burke to nominate
Ralph Stevens for office of Vice-Chairman of the Grand Bay-Westfield Planning
Advisory Committee for 2003….”
Ralph agreed to let his name stand and was acclaimed Vice-Chairman
of the Grand Bay-Westfield Planning Advisory Committee for 2003.

RE: CONFLICT OF INTEREST FORMS
The Development Officer informed the Members of the significance
of the Disclosure of Conflict of Interest Forms and requested that all
Members review their personal circumstances in relation to any required
disclosure and that a Conflict of Interest Form be filled out accordingly.
He also noted that that due to their recent appointments, Larry Chapman
and Jim Burke need to file their forms with the Town Manager.
