RE: REQUEST FOR VARIANCE 
DAVE BLACK – 2 INGLESIDE COURT

There was no one present with regard to this Application.

“…moved by Ralph Stevens that the Planning Advisory Committee approve the following variance to the Town’s Zoning By-law, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield By-law No. 101, for the location and placement of a new single family home, to be located at 2 Ingleside Court, PID No. 30146997:

a. under section 8.1.7, grant a variance of 445 mm to reduce the required height of foundation wall from 750 mm above the centreline grade of the street to a minimum of 305 mm above the centreline grade of the street….”

Seconded by Andrew Shaw.  Carried.
