There was no one present speaking in favor of or against this Application. “… moved by James Evans that the Planning Advisory Committee deny the request for variance to the Town’s Zoning By-law, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield By-law No. 101, for the construction of an accessory building, to be located at 1109 River Valley Drive, PID No. 30053730 requiring an increase of 9.72 m² to the maximum area and 1.32 m to the height of the accessory building …” Seconded by Chyann Kirby. Carried. Subsequent to the motion, the Committee recommended that the Development
Officer advise Mr. Long that he has the option of submitting a substantially
amended proposal to the Committee for their review.
