Mrs. Boudreau advised the Committee of the following:
“…moved by Ralph Stevens that the Planning Advisory Committee approve the following variance to the Town’s Zoning By-law, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield By-law No. 101, for the construction of a single family Dwelling, to be located at 24 Woolastook Drive, PID Nos. 00217166, 30069108: a) under Section 8.2.2.3(d), grant a variance of 2.93 m to reduce the required Front Yard Setback from 7.5 m to 4.57 m….” Seconded by Deputy Mayor Murphy.
