ELECTION OF OFFICER’S FOR 2009
Cllr. Brenda Murphy assumed the chair during the Election of Officers. * Cllr. Murphy called three times for nominations for Chairperson, with one nomination received as follows: “…moved by Jim Burke and seconded by Ron Daigle to nominate Ralph Stevens for office of Chairman of the Grand Bay-Westfield Planning Advisory Committee for 2009….” Ralph agreed to let his nomination stand and was elected Chairman of the Grand Bay-Westfield Planning Advisory Committee for 2009. * Cllr. Murphy called three times for nominations for Vice-Chairperson, with one nomination received as follows: “…moved by Jim Burke and seconded by Linda Estabrooks to nominate Ron Daigle for office of Vice-Chairman of the Grand Bay-Westfield Planning Advisory Committee for 2009….” Ron agreed to let his name stand and was elected Vice-Chairman of the Grand Bay-Westfield Planning Advisory Committee for 2009. Chairman, Ralph Stevens then resumed the Chair for the remainder of the meeting. |
