The Town is looking at entering a lease agreement for a ½ ton Works Department Truck which will meet the following specifications:

1. includes all standard items;
2. is dark blue in color;
3. minimum 6 cylinder engine, automatic, 2 wheel drive
4. 2 door with extended cab, and comfortable seating for 3 in front seat;
5. full 8 ft. box with protective spray box liner;
6. bumper with a location for a trailer ball.

Other Special Conditions:

1. the ability to install a Town Crest decal on the driver and passenger doors;
2. vehicle delivery on April 12, 2006;
3. kilometer usage of 20,000 per year.

Would you please submit a proposal package to the Town which includes the vehicle information brochure, a list of conditions applying to the lease and the monthly price excluding HST to lease the vehicle for 3 years or 4 years starting April 12, 2006.
