FREE Prenatal and Parenting classes for parents 24 and under. Our Prenatal Program includes: Labour and Delivery, Breathing and Comfort measures, Nutrition and Infant Feeding, Infant Care and Safety, Medical Options, Breast Feeding Support and a Baby shower. Our Parenting Program includes: Life with Baby and Attachment, Parenting Tips, Growth and Safety, Getting back into shape, Feeding your Baby. We are able to come to your area to run either program with a minimum of three participants.
