IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS
WOOLASTOOK DRIVE AND INGLEWOOD DRIVE

The Town will be commencing construction activity in June of this year on the road Right of Ways for Woolastook Drive and Inglewood Drive, specifically storm sewer installation and road widening will occur in the following areas:

Along the west side of Inglewood Drive:

from Brandy Point Road to Milligan Road

from Pamdenec Road to Epworth Park Road

Along the west side of Woolastook Drive:

from River Valley Drive to Allan Street

from June Avenue to Park Avenue

from Park Avenue to River Valley Drive

This work is being done in preparation of asphalt resurfacing for Inglewood Drive and Woolastook Drive in 2011.

In order to facilitate construction and minimize delays all items will need to be temporarily  removed from the Right of Ways by property owners.

Shrubs and mail boxes, as examples, will need to be removed as well as any other objects installed by residents.

In order to avoid disruptions in mail delivery Rural Route Mailboxes should not be moved until construction occurs directly in front of your property during which time your mail will be available for pickup at the local Post Office Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and on Saturday from 9:30 am - noon.

We encourage residents to remove items as soon as possible and we ask for your patience and co-operation during construction.  Although construction will involve inconvenience for residents every effort will be made to minimize the inconvenience and disruption.

If you have any questions please contact Bruce Gault, P. Eng., Works Commissioner at 738-6422 or by email at bgault@towngbw.ca
