NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH The Grand Bay-Westfield Neighbourhood Watch, with the support of the Grand Bay-Westfield RCMP, is in the process of revitalizing itself. In order to accomplish this, members of Neighbourhood Watch will be canvassing their respective neighbourhoods, in the coming weeks, in order to inform residents of the organizations goals and intentions.
