IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS

The Town will be undertaking construction activity during the month of August of this year on the road right-of-ways for LaCroix Drive (Windsor to Douglas), Douglas Street (paved section), Riverview Avenue (Murray to Southwest), North Street, Timberlee Manor Road (between Birchee and Hillandale), Windsong Court, Kendra Court, and Tanglewood Court. Generally, the extent of the work includes resurfacing of the noted streets.

In order to facilitate construction and minimize delays, all items will need to be removed from the right-of-ways by property owners. Shrubs and mail boxes, as examples, which are close to the existing edge of the asphalt, will need to be removed as well as any other objects installed by residents. We encourage residents to remove items as soon as possible and we ask for your patience and co-operation during construction. Although construction will involve inconvenience for residents, every effort will be made to minimize the inconvenience and disruption.

Residents are asked to be particularly cautious for the duration of this extensive street work since temporary obstructions such as raised manhole covers and uneven pavement surfaces may be encountered at various locations.
