Under section 12 of the Municipalities Act of New Brunswick public notice is hereby given that the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield is considering enactment of a proposed Subdivision By-law and a Building By-law. Third reading of these by-laws by Subject Title only may be considered on July 27, 2009.
