Summer Day Camp Program 2010
June 28th to August
20th ( 8 weeks)
Kinder Camp : Ages 4 to 5
years
Day Camp : Ages 6 to 12
years
COST: $50.00 /
week
$45.00 – 2nd child
$55.00 / week (early /
late)
$50.00 – 2nd child
$15.00 daily (if
available)
(no discount for 2nd child)
There will be two holidays that
we will be closed – Wednesday – July 1st and Monday, August
3rd – the fee will remain the same.
All money must be paid by Friday
for the following week – no exceptions
We take post dated cheques,
cheques or cash
- Registration form and waiver form must be filled out by
parent or legal guardian.
- Early drop off 7:00 a.m. ( or anytime before 8:30 a.m.)
- Late pick up 5:30 p.m. ( or anytime after 4:30 p.m.) – ( if
late a
charge of $5.00/ for every 5 minutes- paid directly to the staff)
- Regular day 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- All children must bring: change of clothing, sun screen,
hat, lunch,
two snacks, lots to drink (send a water bottle that can be refilled
here)
- Canteen will be open during lunch time only
- Parents should check posted schedules each day for upcoming
events
etc.
- If your child is not being picked up by a parent, please
send a note or call to make aware us of who will be picking up your
child.
- If your child has to leave the program early please let the
staff know
in the morning so arrangements can be made to pick up your child if
they are not in the building.
- If you have any concerns or questions please feel free to
contact the staff
- Please check your child’s bag daily as notes are usually
sent home if they are required to bring anything for the next day.
- We are always looking for new ideas or ways to improve, if
you have any
suggestions please feel free to let one of the staff know.
- We hope that all children have fun and are able to take
with them some life long memories.
