The Council of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield under the authority vested in it by section 189 of the Municipalities Act, R.S.N.B. 1973, c. M-22 and amendments thereto, hereby enacts as an amendment to By-law No. 2, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield By-law Respecting the Sanitary Wastewater System.

1.  Schedule “A” of By-law No. 2 is hereby amended by adding, immediately following category 32, the following category
 

2. Subsection 26(1.1) of By-law No. 2 is hereby amended by deleting the following:

    Subject to subsection 26(1.3) hereof, the annual user charge per user unit referred to in subsection 26(1) of this By-law shall be $245.00.

     and replacing as follows:

     Subject to subsection 26(1.3) hereof, the annual user charge per user unit referred to in subsection 26(1) of this By-law shall be $270.00.
