BY-LAW NO. 2E AMENDMENT TO BY-LAW NO. 2, TOWN OF GRAND BAY-WESTFIELD BY-LAW RESPECTING THE SANITARY WASTEWATER SYSTEM PAGE 1 OF 1 The Council of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield under the authority vested in it by Section 189 of the Municipalities Act, R.S.N.B. 1973, c. M-22, and amendments thereto, hereby enacts as an amendment to By-law No. 2, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield By-law Respecting the Sanitary Wastewater System. By-law No.2 is amended as follows: A subsection 26(5) shall be added after subsection 26(4) as follows: 26(5) In addition to the penalty imposed under subsection 26(2), a penalty, equal to the costs incurred by the Municipality in enforcing payment of the user service charge referred to in this by-law, may be imposed by the Municipality against the person liable to pay the user service charge and the penalties imposed under this by-law may be collected in the same manner as the said user service charge.
