By-law No. 4a Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Curfew By-law Amendment

The Council of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield under authority vested in it by Section 189 of the Municipalities Act, R.S.N.B. 1973, c.M-22 and amendments thereto hereby enacts an amendment to By-law No. 4, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield By-law Respecting Curfew.

By-law No. 4 is amended as follows:

Section 5 is deleted and replaced with a new section 5 which reads as follows:

5. A parent who permits his or her child to violate any provision of this by-law commits an offense punishable under Part II of the Provincial Offenses Procedure Act as a category B offense.

This by-law comes into force on the date of final passing thereof.
