Town of Grand Bay-Westfield
Dog Control By-law
The Council of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield under authority vested in it by Section 11 of the Municipalities Act, R.S.N.B. 1973 c.M-22 and amendments thereto enacts an Amendment to By-law No. 32, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Respecting the Licensing and Control of Dogs in the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield.
The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield By-law Respecting the Licensing and Control of Dogs in the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield:
1. Under Subsection 5 (1) (b) by deleting the following:
Kennel License $100.00
2. Delete Subsection 2 (h).
2. Delete Subsection 5(6) in its entirety.
3. This by-law comes into effect on the date of final enactment.
