| The Council of the Municipality of Grand Bay-Westfield under authority vested in it by Section 11 of the Municipalities Act, R.S.N.B. 1973, c.M-22 and amendments thereto enacts as follows: |

by-law may be cited as the Dangerous or Unsightly Premises By-law.

| DEFINITIONS | |
| 2. |
In
this by-law,
(a) “clerk”
means the Town Manager of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield; APPLICATION
TO THE TOWN OF GRAND BAY-WESTFIELD |
| 4. | Sections 190.001, to 190.07
of the Municipalities
Act, Chapter M-22
R.S.N.B, 1973 with amendments thereto, apply to the entire area
within the municipal limits of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield. |
| 5. | This
by-law comes into effect on the date of filing in the Registry
Office. |
| 6. |
By-law No. 105 a By-law Respecting
Dangerous or Unsightly Premises within the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield
is hereby repealed. |
