Councillor Day moved to ratify the Telephone Poll of December 20, 2004 Re: Inglewood School Outdoor Rink Proposal in that the Town support the Outdoor Rink Project at Inglewood School with a one time donation of $350 for 2005 from the Town Subdivision Fund (Land for Public Purposes Account). Seconded by Councillor Evans. Carried.

Councillor Day moved the Town Manager be authorized to establish a 2005 line of credit for the Town with respect to the Sewerage Utility Operating Fund as per section 189(13) of the Municipalities Act for an amount not to exceed $207,314 and further a 2005 line of credit with respect to the General Operating Fund as per section 89(1)(2) of the Municipalities Act for an amount not to exceed $132,922 at a competitive rate. Seconded by Councillor Evans. Carried.

| RE: DISPOSITION OF PORTION OF HILLANDALE DRIVE AND ACCEPTANCE
OF MUNICIPAL EASEMENT
Deputy Mayor Murphy moved to approve the creation of a Quit Claim Deed for PID No. 30224950 and authorize signing authority to transfer parcel to Dallas & Pamela Urquhart and accept Municipal Service Easements for storm drain pipes as shown on Survey Plan as prepared by DeSaulniers Surveys Inc. dated January 19, 2004, crossing PID Nos. 30144166 and 30224950. Seconded by Councillor McGowan. Carried.

| 25.a | 2005 SALARY REVIEWS FOR PERMANENT FULL-TIME NON-UNIONIZED STAFF | ||
| Deputy Mayor Murphy moved to accept the Labour/Management Committee
recommendations per memorandum of January 6, 2005 for a salary increase
of 3% for permanent full-time non-unionized staff for 2005 with a total
of $2,300 to be allocated for wage adjustments at the discretion of the
Town Manager for non-unionized staff.
Seconded by Councillor Day. Carried.
