March 10, 2008 with Mayor Losier presiding.

| RE: 2008 SEWERAGE CAPITAL BUDGET
Councillor Evans moved to authorize Godfrey Associates Ltd. to proceed to tender for the installation of sanitary sewer on Riverside Park and to install a new sanitary sewer manhole on the east side of Nerepis Road to allow for new sewer connections under the Canada/New Brunswick Infrastructure Program and further to authorize the purchase of four sewage lift pumps and the installation of an additional sewerage overflow line on Meadow Brook Drive with check valve. Seconded by Councillor McGowan. Carried.

| RE: MOTHERS AGAINST DRUNK DRIVING (MADD) CAMPAIGN 911
Councillor McGowan moved that the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield participate in the Mothers Against Drunk Driving Campaign 911 Program and moved to authorize the purchase of three Campaign 911 signs for installation and maintenance by the Town Works Department. Seconded by Councillor Evans. Carried.

| 22. | TOWN MANAGER’S REPORT OF MARCH 6, 2008 | ||
| RE: LONG TERM FINANCING - TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
Councillor Evans moved that the Treasurer and Mayor be authorized to issue and sell to the New Brunswick Municipal Finance Corporation a Municipality of Grand Bay-Westfield debenture in the principal amount of $300,000 for a term of ten (10) years on such terms and conditions as are recommended by the New Brunswick Municipal Finance Corporation, and be it resolved that the Municipality of Grand Bay-Westfield agree to issue post dated cheques payable to the New Brunswick Municipal Finance Corporation as and when they are requested in payment of principal and interest charges on the above debenture, one year in advance. Seconded by Councillor McGowan. Carried.

| RE: PROPOSALS FOR MUNICIPAL PLAN BY-LAW AND ASSOCIATED BY-LAWS
REVIEW UNDER THE COMMUNITY PLANNING ACT
Councillor Day moved to engage ADI Ltd. for services as set out under the terms of the Request for Proposal for the preparation of the Municipal Plan By-law and Zoning By-law Review for the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, for the lump sum including all expenses of $49,000, excluding HST. Seconded by Councillor Little. Carried.
