OCTOBER 6, 2010 RE: ENERGY RETROFITS Councillor Murphy moved to approve the proposal from Enerplan/ADI Consulting to provide engineering services for the Town to obtain quotes for the retrofit projects of lighting and air sealing of Town facilities as described in the Energy Audit Report of July 2009 for a fixed fee of $11,740 + HST.
