28, 2009 RE: SENTINEL SYSTEM - SUPPORT LETTER Deputy Mayor Archer moved to enter into a joint purchase with Saint John, Rothesay, Quispamsis, Hampton, St. Martins, Sussex, Sussex Corner and Norton for the Sentinel Systems Software and to send a letter of support to Saint John EMO for the Joint Preparedness Program application toward the purchase and also have the initial purchase cost of $2,481.70 included in the Town 2010 EMO Operating Budget and as well the annual recurring cost of $854.01 be added as a line item to EMO Annual Operating Budget. Seconded by Councillor Day. Carried. |
