AUGUST 25, 2010 RE: TERRY FOX RUN, SEPTEMBER 19, 2010 Councillor Murphy moved to approve the proposed Terry Fox Run to be held on Sunday September 19, 2010 from the Running Track, River Valley Middle School under provisions set out in the Town’s Traffic By-law No. 80, section 6(1) subject to permission and conditions of the Team Leader of the RCMP and District Engineer of the New Brunswick Department of Transportation for the proposed route along River Valley Drive. SEPTEMBER 3, 2010 RE: DESIGNATED HIGHWAY 5 YEAR PLAN 2011-2015 Councillor Day moved to adopt the Town Designated Highway 5 Year Plan 2011 - 2015 per Works Commissioner’s report of September 3, 2010 and forward Plan to the Department of Transportation with changes as follows: 2010 (a) Complete curb & gutter from Stevens Court to Garden Road is revised to $90,000 2015 delete section “a” with sections “b” and “c” to become “a” and “b”. Seconded by Councillor Calvin. Carried. |
