The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Council met in a Special Meeting
on Friday, December 13, 2002 at 8:03 a.m.

| The Clerk called the meeting to order.
Councillor Day moved to appoint Councillor Little as Chair. Seconded by Councillor Silliphant. Carried. Councillor Little assumed the Chair.

All members were in attendance with the exception of Mayor Losier
and Deputy Mayor McGowan.

Councillor Day moved to transfer $50,000 from the General Revenue
Fund to the General
Seconded by Councillor Murphy. Carried.*

| 4. | CONSIDERATION OF TRANSFER FROM SEWERAGE CAPITAL RESERVE FUND TO | ||
| SEWERAGE REVENUE FUND
Councillor Silliphant moved to transfer $46,000 from the Sewerage Capital Reserve Fund to the Sewerage Revenue Fund. Seconded by Councillor Day. Carried.* *Councillor Little voted in the affirmative.
