COLLABORATIVE Councillor Murphy moved to support the Town’s participation in the Province’s Regional Adaptation Collaborative, studying the affects of Climate Change by providing Town Staff to participate in the Proposed Lower St. John River Project, to reduce risk and vulnerability in future land use planning, infrastructure and design decisions.
