| The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Council met in a special session
on Tuesday, December 18, 2001 at 5:10 p.m. with Mayor Losier presiding.

| 2. | RECORD OF ATTENDANCE | ||
| All members were in attendance with the exception of Deputy Mayor
McGowan.
Councillor Day moved to add the following item to the agenda as item No. 2a. 2a. Community Improvement Program (CIP) 2001 Grant Costs Seconded by Councillor Silliphant. Carried unanimously.

| 2a. | COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) 2001 GRANT COSTS | ||
| Councillor Day moved to transfer $13,415.72 from the Town’s Subdivision
Fund to the General Revenue Fund Bank Account 99-11 to cover Community
Improvement Program (CIP) 2001 grant costs.
Seconded by Councillor Silliphant. Carried.

| 3. | CONSIDERATION OF TRANSFER TO GENERAL CAPITAL RESERVE FUND | ||
| Councillor Calvin moved to transfer $73,500.00 to the General Capital
Reserve Fund.
Seconded by Councillor Day. Carried. |

| 4. | CONSIDERATION OF PHOTOCOPIER RENTAL FOR JANUARY 1, 2002 | ||
| Councillor Day moved to lease a Sharp SF2052 Copier at $2,399.47
per year per Province of New Brunswick Standing Agreement on Photocopiers.
Seconded by Councillor Silliphant. Carried.
