| The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Council met in a special session on Thursday, December 22, 2005 with Mayor Losier presiding. | |||

| All members of Council were in attendance with the exception of Councillor
Little and Councillor Evans.
It was noted Councillor Little reviewed the 2006 insurance data and
supports the recommendation by Huestis Insurance.

| RE: 2006 INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION
Councillor Day moved to award Town Insurance for 2006 to Jardine Lloyd Thompson per recommendation of Huestis Insurance dated December 21, 2005 and to authorize appropriate signatures. Seconded by Deputy Mayor Murphy. Carried. Deputy Mayor Murphy moved to approve renewal terms for the Firefighters and Ambulance Operators Accident & Sickness Coverage for 2006-2007 per facsimile of December 22, 2005 from Dale Moore, Huestis Insurance. Seconded by Councillor Day. Carried.
