for a total of $165,815.18 and Bills for Ratification for a total of $108,587.16;
grand total of $274,402.34.

Volunteer Fire/Rescue Department
2003 Annual Report. Seconded by Councillor Murphy. Carried. It was noted a letter would be forwarded to Fire Chief Dan McCoy
in recognition of the dedication of the Fire Chief and all
members of the Volunteer Fire/Rescue Department.

| 17. | FIRE CHIEF’S REPORT OF MARCH 18, 2004 RE: DISPATCH SERVICES AGREEMENT | ||
| Councillor Silliphant moved to renew the “Agreement Respecting Communication
Services” between the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield and the City of Saint
John for the period April 1, 2004 to December 31, 2008 as per Fire Chief’s
Report of March 18, 2004 including attached Communication Services Agreement,
with authorization for appropriate signatures.
Seconded by Deputy Mayor McGowan. Carried.
