| Councillor Day moved to ratify the Telephone Poll of February 16,
2005 Re: Traffic/Pedestrian Study in that approval is granted to
engage ADI Ltd. for an add on to the Traffic/Pedestrian Study to include
River Valley Drive/Pamdenec Road and River Valley Drive/Epworth Park Road
for a cost of $2,200.
Seconded by Deputy Mayor Murphy. Carried.

Seconded by Councillor McGowan. Carried. It was noted a letter would be forwarded to Judy Duplisea in response

| RE: DANGEROUS AND UNSIGHTLY PREMISES BY-LAW VIOLATIONS
Councillor McGowan moved that property owners per Development Officer’s Memorandum of November 30, 2004 Re: Dangerous and Unsightly Premises be granted a 60 day period in which to comply with the Town’s By-law provisions with direction to proceed with structural analysis as necessary and initiate legal notices under the Dangerous and Unsightly Premises By-law and/or the Residential Properties Standards By-law should violations remain outstanding at the conclusion of 60 days. Seconded by Deputy Mayor Murphy. Carried.
