| All members of Council were in attendance with the exception of Mayor
Losier.
Councillor McGowan moved to pay Mayor Losier in her absence. Seconded by Councillor Evans. Carried.

| It was noted a Carol Sing will be held at Unity Park on December 11th
and the RCMP Christmas Float will be on display at the River Valley Community
Center (Arena) on December 11th as well. It was also noted the Town
has been approved for an ACOA Grant for $1.17 million dollars for its Trailhead
project and in addition will receive funding under the new Municipal Gas
Tax Program.

Councillor Day moved to award the contract for Dog Control Services to Ann Savoy for a three year period from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2008 subject to all terms and conditions of Bid No. 012D-006 per annual contract rate of $15,000.00 plus HST plus cost for insurance coverage provided by Ann Savoy per correspondence of November 22, 2005. Seconded by Councillor Evans. Carried.
