| RE: BRUNDAGE POINT RIVER CENTRE CONTRACT NO. 2, PROJECT NO. 27463
Councillor Day moved to receive and file Tender Notes of March 23, 2007 Re: Brundage Point River Centre Contract No. 2, .Project No. 27463. Seconded by Deputy Mayor Murphy. Carried.

| 5. | BRUNDAGE POINT RIVER CENTRE PROJECT NO. 27463 - TENDER AWARD | ||
| Councillor Day moved to award the Tender for Project No. 27463, Brundage
Point River Centre to the low bidder, Avondale Construction
Limited for the lump sum price of $462,826 plus HST, subject to the revisions as identified by the Post Tender Addendum and reflecting a completion date of June 30, 2007. Seconded by Councillor Evans. Carried.
