The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Council met in a special session on Tuesday, September 3, 2002 at 
4:50 p.m. with Mayor Losier presiding.

 		 RECORD OF ATTENDANCE

All members were in attendance. 
 
3.  DECLARATION OF A COUNCIL VACANCY
Deputy Mayor McGowan moved to declare a vacancy on the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Council per section 34(c) of the Municipalities Act with notification to be provided to the appropriate Municipal Electoral Officer.

Seconded by Councillor Day.  Carried.
 
4.  ADJOURNMENT
Councillor Day moved adjournment.

Seconded by Deputy Mayor McGowan.  Carried.
