BAY-WESTFIELD, NB, PROJECT NO. 09-2712(A) Councillor McGowan moved to award the Site Clearing Contract Project No. 09-2712(A) to Matt Harris & Son Ltd. for the Tender Price of $27,326.59 including HST, with work to start immediately on Town owned parcels; however entry will be restricted onto properties identified as PID # 00221218, PID # 30002745, PID # 30002752 and PID # 00221176 until the Town Manager can advise the Contractor that the process for Expropriation for these properties has been completed. Seconded by Deputy Mayor Archer. Carried. |
