| The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Council met in a regular session
on Monday, September 8, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. with Mayor Losier presiding.

| Constable Jeff Cole attended in the absence of Corporal Grant.
It was noted cars are parking in front of stop signs when dropping off
children and causing a safety concern.
It was noted a Neighbourhood Watch meeting would be held September 9th in the Centrum. Councillor Silliphant moved to receive and file R.C.M.P. Statistical Report for July 2003. Seconded by Deputy Mayor McGowan. Carried.

of the R.C.M.P. and the District Engineer of the New Brunswick Department
of Transportation for the proposed route along River Valley Drive starting
at the lower parking lot of the Guardian Drug Store and finishing at Milligan
Brook.
