CONTRACT Councillor Day moved to concur with the recommendation of Dillon Consulting dated July 6, 2011 to award the contract for Street Upgrading, River Valley Drive (Route 177), Project No. 09-2712D to Maguire Excavating Ltd. for the low bid of $182,859.35 HST included. Seconded by Councillor Murphy. Carried.* It was noted the public and emergency services would be advised of traffic interruptions related to this project. |
